We provide ongoing support throughout the procurement process and advise on all aspects of competition law.

We have extensive experience structuring and conducting procurements, from the early phases that include strategy and documentation, to the later stages that include evaluation, negotiation and the awarding of the contract. We also regularly represent clients in review procedures and appeals.

Our clients include private enterprises as well as government and local authorities and public companies.
Our areas of expertise include competition law and EU law, such as the rules on the free movement of goods and services. We have acted as counsel in a number of competition law and EU law cases, in the Patent and Market Courts, the Supreme Court, the Supreme Administrative Court and the Court of Justice of the European Union.

As members of the Antitrust Alliance, we have access to local competition and procurement law expertise in most relevant jurisdictions.
