The Chambers Practice Guide is an international publication providing expert legal commentary on main practice areas in jurisdictions around the world. This makes it a practical tool for comparing legal issues and national legislation across jurisdictions and the TMT guide covers key developments within the practice area.
The Swedish chapter in the TMT 2021 guide addresses issues, from a Swedish perspective, within cloud services, AI, data protection etc. The chapter provides an overview of Swedish legislation and other regulations applicable and relevant in this practice area. A new section in this year’s guide is a report on the legislative response to COVID-19, that is relevant for the TMT sector.
