The fifth edition of The International Comparative Legal Guide on Cybersecurity was published today. The comparative legal guide includes expert analyses and national reports on legislation and judicial developments within cybersecurity law – including cybersecurity related topics within litigation, corporate governance, compliance and insurance.
The 2022 ICLG Cybersecurity Guide contains contributions from legal experts in more than 20 jurisdictions worldwide. For the second year in a row, TIME DANOWSKY partners Esa Kymäläinen and Jonas Forzelius have been tasked with providing a report on Swedish cybersecurity legislation.
