Andreas Eriksson has more than 15 years’ experience of dispute resolution, both in courts and in domestic and international arbitration. He has represented clients at all levels of the Swedish judicial system and under different arbitration regimes, including the SCC, ICC and UNCITRAL rules. Cases have concerned, inter alia, IT delivery agreements, outsourcing agreements, share transfer agreements, financing agreements, delivery and retailer agreements and insurance agreements, as well as questions regarding advisor liability and board and management liability. Andreas also regularly serves as arbitrator.
