Peter Danowsky was one of four lawyers who founded Danowsky & Partners in 1993.
Peter has more than four decades of experience representing clients in commercial disputes in courts and arbitration proceedings. He has assisted banks, insurers, law firms, consultants, film and music producers, publishing houses, media companies and industry associations on liability issues and contract disputes. He has particular expertise in copyright and media law, and has authored and co-authored many books and articles in this field.
Peter also carries out investigations into matters such as board and professional liability and is frequently appointed as arbitrator.
Over the years, Peter has held many board positions.
Peter recently received the Swedish Bar Association’s prize for distinguished achievements within the legal profession.
