The pan-European network was founded in Paris in 2004 and has since grown to include 12\u00a0000 companies and organizations in 26 European countries. The Swedish division, Diversity Charter Sweden, was founded in 2010 by, inter alia, Axfood, L\u00b4Oreal, Skanska and Volvo. We see our membership as an opportunity to learn more on our path towards becoming a more diverse law firm.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 We are aware that we are part of legal society where there is a lack of diversity.
