Diversity Charter unites companies and organizations with a commitment to promote increased diversity and inclusion. The pan-European network was founded in Paris in 2004 and has since grown to include 12\u00a0000 companies and organizations in 26 European countries. The Swedish division, Diversity Charter Sweden, was founded in 2010 by, inter alia, Axfood, L\u00b4Oreal, Skanska and Volvo. Today, Diversity Charter Sweden has approximately 70 member organizations.<\/p>\n

As a signatory to Diversity Charter, we commit ourselves to actively promote a work culture where we value and appreciate individual differences. We see our membership as an opportunity to learn more on our path towards becoming a more diverse law firm.<\/p>\n
